Q1: What is the PMG Recruitment Management System (PMG-RMS)?
A: PMG-RMS is a web-based system developed by Planate to manage PRFs, streamline workflows, and track candidates with HR.
Q2: Who can access PMG-RMS?
A: Only authorized Planate employees can access using their company credentials.
Q3: How do I log in?
A: Go to
pmgrms.planate.com
and use your Planate credentials.
Q4: I signed in using SSO and still can't log in. What should I do?
A: Contact
itdevelopment@planate.com
or submit a support ticket.
Q5: Can I access the system via phone?
A: Yes, on an Intune-compliant device connected to secure internet.
Q6: How do I submit a new PRF?
A: Go to "Create New Requisition", fill out required fields, then submit.

Q7: Can I save a PRF as a draft?
A: No. The form must be completed and submitted in one session.
Q8: How do I know if my PRF was submitted successfully?
A: It appears under âMy Requisitionsâ and youâll receive a notification.
Q9: How can I check the status of my submitted PRF?
A: Go to âMy Requisitionsâ to view real-time statuses like Assessment, Approved, Rejected, or Pending.
Q10: Can I cancel a PRF Iâve submitted?
A: Yes, but coordinate with the Recruitment Admin first.
Q11: How do I find a specific PRF or filter the list?
A: Use the search bar or filters by PRF#, date, or status.

Q12: What should I do if my PRF is rejected?
A: Read the rejection reason, revise accordingly, and resubmit. Contact the Recruitment Admin if needed.
Q13: Can I upload supporting documents with my PRF?
A: Yes. Attach documents like job descriptions or budget justifications before submitting.
Q14: Can I edit my PRF after submitting it?
A: No. You must cancel and submit a new one with the help of the Recruitment Admin.
Q15: How will I know when my PRF is approved or rejected?
A: Youâll receive an automated email notification at every stage.
